Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Outlaw Property Services, we strive to provide reliable and professional pool cleaning services. Because we offer scheduled services rather than physical products, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service at any time before our scheduled arrival without any charge.
Once our team has arrived at the property or begun the service, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date at outlawpropertyservice@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work to make it right.
Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed, but we are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
No-Show / Late Cancellation
If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the pool or complete the service due to no fault of our own, a service fee may still apply.
