By using the services of Outlaw Property Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Outlaw Property Services provides pool cleaning and maintenance services, including weekly service, one-time cleanings, and green pool cleanups. All services are performed to the best of our ability using professional standards.
Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the pool at the scheduled service time. If access is not available, a service fee may still apply.
Payments
Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. Pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the pool. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the pool differs from what was initially described.
Cancellations
Services may be canceled or rescheduled at any time prior to our arrival. Once we arrive or begin the service, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Liability
Outlaw Property Services is not responsible for pre-existing issues, equipment failures, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for damages caused by faulty or aging pool equipment.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
